Delivery terms and prices
Free one man delivery on all single or multiple items over the total cost of £300, anything under is a standard charge of £19.95 with a small item charge for things such as clocks ect. at £4.95.
Your help with the delivery into your home will be required as there is only one man per van (this helps greatly reduce costs to you our customers) and is the only way we can offer this free delivery service.
The delivery men will require your signature for all goods delivered in good condition, please make sure the items are checked for any damage or shortages before signing.
Under current distance selling laws you have seven days in which to return your goods (except for goods made to order)
For goods that are for return please make sure that they are in their original packaging and are unused and in new and unmarked condition, for these items you must contact us first before any returns are excepted. We will refund your money within 30 days if and when all our return conditions are met. The costs and liability of returns are to be born by the buyer and a cost price quote will be given depedant upon area etc.
